Body Therapy For Better Health
Be kind to yourself.

Welcome!

My name is Stacy Hansen.  I'm a licensed, certified massage therapist with over 20 years of experience, specializing in providing on location bodywork for the performance industry.

Whether you are on tour, training for an event, recovering from an old or new injury, or just looking for stress release, I'm here to help you.

Some of the techniques I specialize in are Myofascial Release, Sports Massage, Craniosacral Therapy, Orthopedic Massage, and Trigger Point Therapy. Most of my sessions involve a combination of these modalities, tailored to the specific needs of each client.

"Many clients come in seeking pain relief due to a build up of scar tissue from old or untreated injuries, pre or post surgery pain, migrain headaches, or chronic stress. I see many clients who experience limited range of motion in their shoulders caused by rotator cuff injuries, "frozen shoulder," or adhesive capsulitis.  Others come in with lower back, or hip pain.  My intention with each client is to facilitate a positive change so their body can begin to heal itself."

While massage can greatly assist in recovering from injuries, it’s also nice to relax and have a bit of pampering with your treatment.  Along with the variety of massage techniques I use, I also offer:

  • Aromatherapy
The use of essential oils (extracted from herbs, flowers, resin, woods, and roots) to aid in relaxation, improve circulation, and help the healing of wounds.
  • Dry Brush Massage
Skin brushing can sustain or reestablish the skin's functional integrity and youthful glow. It aids in waste removal, helps slow the skin's aging process, increases circulation, even improves digestion and alleviates muscular tension. As such, skin brushing is a particularly powerful therapy which can positively impact the entire body.
  • 30 Minute Foot Scrub/Reflexology Treatment
A sugar scrub for the feet and calves, followed by a hydrating and refreshing Peppermint Foot Relief Cream, with a 20-minute Reflexology session incorporating the application of pressure to reflex zones to stimulate body organs and relieve areas of congestion.

I would love to meet you and help you along your path to better health and happiness.

Kind regards,
Stacy Hansen, LCMT
